The Run command is faster than Windows Search, so to enable ther Run command in Windows 7,

1: Right-Click the Windows 7 start Menu,
2: Select Properties,
3: Click Customise,
4: Scroll down to you see Run Command, tick the Run command box,
5: Click OK,

You should now see the Run command in the Windows 7 Start Menu.
